Master's thesis in Social Research
The MSc Thesis completes the curriculum. The aim of this course is to write the Master's thesis in Social Research. The thesis has to be an original piece of writing based on independently conducted social research that pursues the level of a scientific publication (in the form of a scientific article) in an international peer-reviewed journal. The thesis can be based on primary data from the students’ own fieldwork, other primary data collections, or the use of existing data. In each case, students are required to produce an original and solid piece of research, which is not only a testimony to their acquired research skills, but can also be published at an international level.
