After Political Science, Social and Cultural Anthropology is the second Master’s programme we bring to the screen. The film informs students in and outside of the Netherlands about the Master’s programme in Social and Cultural Anthropology.

Gijs Verbossen is the main character in the video. He shares his experiences as a Master’s student in Social and Cultural Anthropology with the public. On film he describes the cooperation with fellow students, talks about the staff (‘pretty inspiring people’), and takes the viewer to Palestinian refugee camps in Israel, where he did his field research. About his future Gijs says: ‘I want to become a PHD-student at VU University Amsterdam.’
