The minor in Organizational Culture will enable students to gain a background understanding of how organizational culture influences behaviour, management and power processes from one organization to the next.
Studying the interaction between individuals in an organization, or colleagues, with an emphasis on communication, gives students an understanding of the practical and social implications of organizational culture for the running of organizations.

Programme
This minor begins in the first semester and consists of five courses, 30 credits in total. Students will complete all five courses within the two periods of the first semester.
