Minors
Broadening your outlook
Minors consist of no more than 30 credit points, and are taken alongside a student's main course of study or 'major'. Minors enable students to broaden the scope of their educational programme to fit with their interests. At the faculty we offer what are referred to as 'disciplinary' minors and 'thematic' minors. There are four minors available to study in English.
Disciplinary minors
These are open only for students majoring in another disciplinary field. Otherwise, there are no formal admission requirements for these minors. However, we recommend to students who have no previous knowledge in the field of the minor they choose to study, to read some of the first year literature in the subject before they start. - Communication Science
- Political Science
- Sociology
Thematic minors
These minors are open for all students regardless of their major discipline. Two are available in English:

- Minor Entrepreneurship
- Minor Philanthropic Studies
