Terms and conditions
By registering for the conference each participant accepted the following terms and conditions concerning confirmation, travel & accommodation, and cancellation:
Confirmation
Full registration is only complete after payment of the conference fee. As soon as the correct fee is transferred and received at the VU University (see payment details) the registration is final. The participant will receive a confirmation email of full registration within 5 days after the fee is received at the university’s bank account.
Payment Details
We prefer payment by bank transfer considering the safety of international bank transfers and costs of credit card transfers. Should it not be possible for you to do the bank transfer, please contact the conference secretariat.
