Research
Leonie Heres is conducting a PhD research project on the ways in which managers understand and exert ethical leadership in various organizational contexts. How do managers manager ethics and integrity? What are the similarities and differences in the different ethical leadership styles that managers employ? And how effective are those ethical leadership styles really? In here research, Leonie aims to find an answer to these and related questions. She is furthermore interested in social scientific research methods, most notable quantitative research methods and Q-methodology.
Leonie Heres is a member of the Netherlands Institute of Government (NIG) and chair of the Graduate Platform of the VU Faculty of Social Sciences.
