Marloes Spekman is a Lecturer at the department of Communication Science at the VU University Amsterdam. She achieved her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies from the faculty of Arts of the same university, before pursuing a two-year Master’s in Social Research (track Communication Science). During her study she was active as a student-assistant for, among others, the dept. of Language and Communication (Faculty of Arts) and the dept. of Communication Science.
