Working at the Faculty of social sciences

The Faculty of Social Sciences of the VU University in Amsterdam is a broadly disciplined faculty wherein the classic disciplines political sciences, sociology and cultural anthropology as well as the modern terrains of organization, communication and policy-development have their own respective places. The strength of our faculty comes from the combination and cooperation between disciplines and our focus on current societal issues.

With more than 3000 students and 300 staff members the Faculty of Social Sciences is one of the biggest faculties of the VU University.
